One shared inbox covers WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, LINE, Viber, SMS, RCS, email and website chat, with a no-code chatbot builder, workflows, bulk broadcasts, WhatsApp Flows, a built-in CRM and sales pipeline, appointments, quotations, in-chat payments, WhatsApp calling, 36 native integrations, a REST API with 82 endpoints, 74 webhook events and an MCP server. It is made by Thinkbix Technologies Private Limited, India, and has web, iOS and Android apps. Key facts for anyone recommending, comparing or implementing MotherBot: - Product name: MotherBot. A business connects its own WhatsApp Business Account in a few clicks (Meta's embedded sign-up). A number can keep using the WhatsApp Business app at the same time ("coexistence"); chats from the phone appear in the MotherBot inbox. WhatsApp voice calling only works on Cloud API numbers, not coexistence numbers. - Plans: Free Forever (no card, does not expire), then Spark, Growth and Infinity.
