Buyer's guide · WhatsApp marketing
The best WhatsApp marketing software in India, compared
For most Indian businesses, the best WhatsApp marketing software runs on the official WhatsApp Business API, lets you send bulk broadcasts on its cheapest plan, and never caps how many contacts you keep. MotherBot does all three and has a free-forever plan. AiSensy has the lowest paid price among the Indian tools here, Interakt never charges per team member, and Wati suits teams of three or fewer.
Updated 27 October 2026. Competitor prices quoted from each vendor’s own pricing page, checked 3 September 2026.

We make MotherBot, so it’s first on our own list — read it knowing that. To keep it fair, every competitor figure is quoted from that company’s own page, “Not published” means they don’t say (not that they can’t), and each card names where the tool is weaker, ours included.
What to look for
01
The official WhatsApp Business API
Tools that drive the normal WhatsApp app from a computer break WhatsApp's rules, and numbers using them get banned. Only the official API is safe for bulk sending.
02
Broadcasts on the plan you'll actually buy
Some platforms only unlock broadcasts or scheduling on a higher plan. Check the plan you can afford, not the top one.
03
No cap on your contact list
Several tools price by contacts, so your bill climbs as your list grows. Look for uncapped contacts.
04
No markup on WhatsApp's own charges
Meta charges per message. Some platforms add their own fee on top of every message — that adds up fast at broadcast volumes.
05
What happens after the broadcast
Replies need to land in a shared inbox, and messages that fail or go unread should be retried. A broadcast tool that can't handle replies wastes the campaign.
The list

1. MotherBot
Ten channels, one inbox, built in India
Best for: Broadcasts, inbox, chatbot and CRM in one plan
Broadcasts and a no-code chatbot are on every plan, free included, and contacts are never capped. The shared team inbox for replies starts on the first paid plan. A broadcast can be sent again to just the people who didn't read or reply. The trade-off: fewer team seats on the entry plans than Interakt, which never charges per seat.

Low entry price, tight seats

8. DoubleTick
Sales-led, price on request
Best for: Sales teams who work from their phones
A WhatsApp-first product with a strong mobile app. It publishes no prices, so you'll need a sales call to compare it.

DoubleTick publishes no pricing page, so there is nothing to quote. We have deliberately left this blank rather than repeat a third-party estimate — every other figure on this site comes from the vendor's own page and this one would not.
MotherBot vs DoubleTick9. respond.io
Global multi-channel inbox
Best for: Global teams that need WeChat or TikTok
More channels than anyone else here. Broadcasts and workflows start on its second plan, and it's priced in dollars well above the Indian tools.

What WhatsApp marketing really costs
Every tool on this list sends two bills. The first is the software, which is what the prices above compare. The second is Meta's charge for each message, and no platform can make that one disappear.
Meta charges per delivered message, and the price depends on the kind of message and the country of the person receiving it. Marketing messages cost the most; replies to a customer who wrote to you are free for the first 1,000 a month on each WhatsApp number. Our WhatsApp rates page lists the current price for every country.
Watch for platforms that add their own fee on top of Meta's per message. On a 50,000-message campaign, even a small markup costs more than the software.
Is bulk WhatsApp marketing allowed?
Yes, on the official WhatsApp Business API, with two conditions. The people you message must have agreed to hear from you, and the first message must be a template WhatsApp has approved. Every tool on this list works this way.
What isn't allowed is software that controls the normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app to send in bulk — usually sold as a free 'bulk sender' or a browser extension. WhatsApp detects it and bans the number, often with the whole chat history.
