Is there a free plan?

Yes — Free Forever. You sign up, you get a working account on the free plan's limits, and it does not expire. No credit card, no countdown, and nothing is ever charged automatically. Upgrade only when you outgrow the limits.

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

At any time, from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply from the end of your current billing cycle.

Are WhatsApp message charges included in the plan price?

Accepted Answer

No. Meta charges for each delivered template message (marketing, utility or authentication) at its own published rates, which vary by country. Meta bills these directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account, not through MotherBot. Since 1 October 2026 Meta also charges for replies sent within 24 hours of a customer's last message, after the first 1,000 each month on each WhatsApp number (₹0.115 per reply in India). MotherBot adds no markup and shows your running spend in the dashboard — see our WhatsApp rates page for current numbers.

Is AI included in the plan price?

Accepted Answer

Mostly no. Your plan decides which AI features you can use, but not the AI usage itself. AI replies, the agent copilot, knowledge bases and the other AI features run on your own account with an AI provider such as OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic. You add your own API key, and that provider bills you directly for what you use, at its own rates. MotherBot sells no AI credits and adds no markup. The one exception is MotherBot AI, the assistant that prepares templates, chatbots and other setup for you: it is included on every plan, Free too, with a daily limit and no extra charge. If your plan includes AI and you have added your own key, MotherBot AI uses your key instead; if your key runs out of credit or is refused, MotherBot AI carries on with your plan's included daily messages and tells you.

Do integrations with other apps cost extra?

On our side, your plan sets which integrations you can use and how many; one your plan doesn't include can be added as a paid MotherBot add-on, listed below. On their side, each integration connects to your own account with that service — for example Shopify, Zoho, Razorpay, Shiprocket, or an SMS, RCS or email provider. Any subscription, usage, per-message or transaction fees those services charge are billed by them, directly to you, under your agreement with them. MotherBot never includes or resells them.

Which currency am I actually billed in?

All plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. The currency switcher on this page converts prices for comparison only — if you pay with a non-INR card, your bank applies its own conversion rate at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI, netbanking, and bank transfer for annual plans. International cards are accepted. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card details.

What happens if I exceed my message limit?

Accepted Answer

We notify you at 80% and again at 100% of your monthly allowance. Messages beyond the limit are paused rather than billed as an overage surprise — you can upgrade your plan or buy an additional message pack from the add-ons below.

Can I add more agent seats than my plan includes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Extra seats are available as an add-on, billed on the same cycle as your plan.

Do you charge GST?

Accepted Answer

For Indian businesses, GST is applicable on top of the listed price and appears on your invoice. If you supply a GSTIN, your invoice is issued with it so you can claim input credit. Businesses outside India are billed without Indian GST.

Is my data secure, and can I get it out?

Accepted Answer

Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, with role-based access control across your workspace. You can export contacts, conversations and analytics at any time, and request full deletion under GDPR.

Do you offer discounts for NGOs or early-stage startups?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 30% discount for registered non-profits, and 20% for companies under two years old with fewer than ten employees. Contact sales with proof of eligibility and we'll apply it to your account.
